Terms & Conditions for GhorX

Welcome to GhorX! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using any part of our website or entering into a contract with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services GhorX provides custom software development, UI/UX design, strategy consulting, and related digital services. All services are outlined in a written agreement or proposal and are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for project planning and delivery.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Any delays in communication or content delivery may affect project timelines.
3. Payments
- Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of work.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
- GhorX retains the rights to tools, libraries, or reusable components developed prior to or during the project.
- Upon full payment, the client receives ownership or license to the final deliverables as agreed in the contract.
5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential information, project details, and proprietary business data private and not disclose them to third parties without written consent.
6. Revisions & Scope Creep
- Reasonable revisions are included as per the contract.
- Any work requested beyond the original scope will be considered additional and may require a new agreement or added fees.
7. Warranties & Liability
- GhorX strives for the highest quality and reliability but does not guarantee that software will be error-free.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Updates to Terms GhorX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
